Camera
Cameras, Video camera, Security camera
Looking through a camera means choosing what goes in the frame and what's left out. Dreams about cameras often turn on point of view: what you're focusing on, what you'd rather not see, and how a situation would look from another angle. Holding a camera can also be a way of hiding behind it, watching instead of joining in. Taking pictures of strangers can show curiosity about lives very different from yours. Filming yourself suggests you're checking how you come across, maybe a little too closely.
