Being watched
Feeling watched, Someone watching you, Eyes on me
The prickle on the back of your neck, the sense that someone is there even when you can't see them: being watched is a common and vivid dream feeling. It often comes down to attention, who notices you and whether you'd like them to. Some of these dreams come when you've been on your best behavior for a long time, keeping such close tabs on yourself that you can't relax. Others come when someone close to you keeps checking up on you, and you feel a little hemmed in. Not every watcher is unwelcome, though; sometimes the feeling is closer to company than to threat.
