About Key of Dreams

Key of Dreams is made by Zemyna Studio, a studio from Lithuania that builds apps rooted in old stories and traditions.

How we write

We write every symbol ourselves, in our own words and plain language. We draw on traditional dream meanings but leave out the outdated, frightening or offensive ones.

Folk beliefs

We include only folk beliefs that are recorded in folklore collections and other sources, retold in our own words. When in doubt, we flag the entry and check it again. We never write predictions of illness or misfortune.

What it is for

Dream meanings are for fun and self-reflection. They are not predictions of the future and not advice on what to do.
