Vomiting
Throwing up, Puking, Nausea
There's nothing pleasant about throwing up, yet in a dream it frequently ends in relief. It tends to arrive when you've taken in something you can't stomach: a remark, a decision, an atmosphere or a feeling you've swallowed for too long. Your mind is pushing it back out. Throwing up in public goes with worry that your emotions will spill over in front of others. Someone else vomiting may mean you sense they're overwhelmed and can't hold something in any longer. Feeling better afterward is a good sign: you're letting go of what didn't agree with you.
