Ticket

Tickets, Train ticket, Concert ticket

A ticket is a small piece of paper that says you're allowed in, or allowed to go. In a dream it usually has to do with access, permission and timing. Holding a ticket to a show or a trip shows you're excited about something ahead and feel you've earned your place. A one-way ticket stands for a decision to make a clean break. A ticket you can't read, or one for the wrong date, may come from confusion about where you're supposed to be. Winning a golden ticket is about a rare chance falling into your hands.

Dream variations

• A one-way ticketYou're thinking about a change with no going back. Say your goodbyes properly before you leave.
• A ticket for the wrong dateYour timing feels off, as if you're early or late for your own life. Check what really has a deadline.
• Two ticketsSomething you're looking forward to would be better shared. Invite the person you have in mind.
• A golden ticketAn unusual opportunity is within reach. Grab it before doubt gets the last word.
