Tower

Towers, Watchtower, Clock tower

Narrow and tall, a tower lifts you away from everyday ground. Climbing to the top in a dream can show a wish for a clearer view of where your life is going, or for a break from the bustle below. Towers were also built to keep watch and keep others out, so the dream may say something about how guarded you feel. A clock or bell tower adds the sense of time being kept in public, as if everyone can see your deadlines. In tarot, the Tower card shows sudden upheaval, so a tower in a dream can carry a hint of change arriving all at once.
