Elf
Elves, Christmas elf, Elf on the Shelf
Elves come in many sizes in our imagination: Santa's busy helpers in striped stockings, tall and graceful forest folk from fantasy books, or the tiny shoemakers of the fairy tale who finish the work overnight. In a dream, an elf often signals hidden help and cleverness, a sense that someone is quietly working on your behalf. It can also be your own nimble, playful side and a love of fine handiwork. A mischievous elf may show that a small trick or a joke is headed your way, all in good fun.
