Vines

Vine, Grapevine, Climbing plants

Vines reach for the light by twining around a fence, a tree trunk or an old wall. That makes them an image of growth that depends on support and connection. A vine winding up a trellis suggests you're rising with help from the right structure, like a mentor, a routine or a steady partner. Vines covering an old building show how quickly time and nature reclaim what's been left alone. Then there's the grapevine, the way news travels from friend to friend, so a dream full of vines can also be about rumors and who hears what first.
