Ribbon

Ribbons, Hair ribbon, Satin ribbon

A ribbon ties things up neatly: a birthday present, a braid or a bouquet. A ribbon in a dream is often about connection, the thin thread that keeps people or plans together. Ribbons streaming from a maypole or trailing behind a kite turn the image playful, all color and movement. Satin or velvet, a ribbon also adds a sense of occasion, as if life has asked you to dress up a little. A ribbon that slips undone may show that a bond needs a firmer knot.
