Playing video games

Video games, Gaming, Being inside a video game

Video games give you clear goals, instant feedback and extra lives, things real life rarely hands out so neatly. Dreaming that you're playing one may show you'd like progress you can measure, or that you're treating a real challenge like a game to be won. Being pulled inside the game is a common twist: life may feel scripted, or you may be testing a bolder version of yourself. Playing well and leveling up is a sign of growing confidence. Gaming for hours without stopping can mean you're hiding from something you'd rather not face.
