Pancakes

Pancake, Flapjacks, Stack of pancakes, Pancake Day

A stack of warm pancakes with butter and syrup is the taste of a slow weekend morning, so dream pancakes often stand for comfort, family and simple treats. Making them for others is a sign you like looking after people in an everyday, hands-on way. Flipping one high in the air shows confidence and a little showmanship. A burnt or lumpy pancake can mean a first attempt that didn't go well, and as every cook knows, the first one rarely does. A towering stack may point to plenty, or to more on your plate than you can finish.
