Lynx
Lynxes, Bobcat, Canada lynx
The lynx, with its tufted ears, thick paws and pale, steady eyes, is the quiet hunter of the northern forests. Old European legends claimed it could see through walls, and to this day "lynx-eyed" means sharp-sighted. In dreams it's linked with insight: noticing what others overlook and reading people well. It moves alone and rarely shows itself, so it can also stand for a private, self-reliant side of you that doesn't need an audience. If a lynx was watching you, you may sense that someone sees more than they say.
