Promotion

Getting promoted, Raise

A promotion dream is about growth, recognition and stepping up. It often shows up when you feel able to take on more, at work or in your personal life. Getting promoted in the dream hints that your efforts are being noticed and progress is near. If someone else got the promotion, you may be measuring yourself against others too closely. Either way, the dream encourages you to value what you bring to the table.
