Clown

Clowns, Circus

Bright makeup, a painted smile and no way to tell what's underneath: a clown wears the most famous mask of all. Clown dreams can be cheerful, inviting you to laugh at yourself and take life less seriously. Plenty of people find clowns unsettling, though, and then the dream may be about someone who seems friendly but hides their true feelings, or about the face you put on for others. A circus adds a sense of chaos and showmanship.

A scary clownSomeone's cheerful surface doesn't match what's underneath, or you're putting on a show yourself. Look for honesty, starting with your own.
Being a clownYou feel you're entertaining others at your own expense. Let people see your serious side too.
